4. When disassembling the screw head of plastic processing equipment, pay attention to the rotation direction of the screw head connection thread, which is generally the left thread. When clenching occurs, do not pull hard, apply a symmetrical torque to facilitate rotation. Heat-resistant grease (red or molybdenum disulfide) should be applied to the threaded connection during assembly.

5. The heating device is fastened. Zhejiang plastic processing equipment is often heated by electric coils. Although plastic processing equipment is installed tightly when it is shipped from the factory or adjusted, it may loosen due to thermal expansion during use and affect the heating effect. an examination.
